Marilyn L. Bonetati earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, with a degree in Mathematics, Physics, English and Speech.  She was made a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.  Ms. Bonetati then obtained her Master of Arts Degree from California State College, Los Angeles.  Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, graduating cum laude.  Ms. Bonetati graduated in the top two percent of her class, was Managing Editor for Law Review, recipient of the Outstanding Editor Award, Research Director and recipient of the ABest Brief award for Moot Court.  Ms. Bonetati also received five American Jurisprudence Awards in Civil Procedure I and II, Evidence, Property and Trust and Wills.  Ms. Bonetati was admitted to the California Bar in 1985.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and all of the United States District Courts in California.

Marc S. Soble graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received a Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from Western State University College of Law.  He also became a member of the State Bar of California in 1979.  Mr. Soble has practiced civil litigation and has jury trial experience in addition to arbitration and meditations.  He has extensive experience in complex tort, contract and property matters.  In addition, he has represented developers, general contractors and subcontractors in multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuits for both residential and commercial matters.  He has experience in defending against claims for exposure to toxic molds.  In addition to being a member of the State Bar, Mr. Soble is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has participated in several trial advocacy academies.  Mr. Soble was counsel for a major insurance carrier and insurance defense firm before joining Bonetati & Soble.

Michelle C.L. Edborg earned her law degree from Whittier Law School, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Management of Organizations from Pacific Christian College. Michelle C.L. Edborg specializes in insurance coverage matters, employment law, construction defect, personal injury, and business litigation. She has written hundreds of coverage opinions for a number of insurance carriers. In addition, she has defended insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters, including bad faith litigation, contribution lawsuits and declaratory relief matters. She has successfully extricated insurers from litigation by way of demurrer as well as summary judgment. In addition, Michelle has been involved in writing insurance policies and has written dozens of endorsements. Michelle’s litigation experience includes trials,  arbitrations, mediations and appellate work.

Rene' Neice recieved her paralegal certificate from Saddleback College in Mission VIejo, California and is a Paralegal with Bonetati & Soble, Inc. Mrs. Neice has been working in the legal field for over 30 years.
